Meet Pati Pazos, Fractional Marketing Leader & Consultant
I’ve spent nearly two decades inside organizations that had big goals, limited structure, and teams that needed real leadership and I’ve built my career figuring out how to make those situations work.
Nonprofits, higher education, multi-brand automotive retail; the sectors look different on paper, but the problems are surprisingly consistent: scattered priorities, junior teams that need coaching and direction, and marketing functions that haven’t yet found their footing. That’s the environment I thrive in.
What makes my background unique (and strong) is the for-profit and nonprofit combination. Clients are often intrigued by the pivot into automotive, and what it brought back was a sharper commercial lens, a deeper understanding of sales-driven marketing, and proof that the fundamentals translate across sectors.
I chose fractional work because it lets me do the part I’m best at: coming in, getting oriented fast, fixing what’s broken, and building momentum without the organizational drag that slows that work down inside a full-time role. For my clients, that means focused, senior expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire.
